It could be that something is being blocked by a browser or an ad-blocker.
If not, it takes a while to load. After the Unity engine is downloaded by the browser (it has around 30~50MB), the game displays a loading bar while it continues to load.

Yeah I had to turn my ad-blocker off.
Also if you're in incognito and cookies are turned off.
